Chronic Stress Management

As your health coach, my primary role is to support you as you cope with the sources of your chronic stress. As every individual is unique, your support plan will be customized to meet your needs.

What We Know About Chronic Stress:

Sources of chronic stress can vary, but often fall into one of four different types:

  • Emotional stress

  • Environmental stress

  • Relationship stress

  • Work stress

Because chronic stress is prolonged, it can have a lasting impact on your health and well-being, including (but not limiting) hormonal changes, muscular tension, compromised immunity, and gastrointestinal distress.

Chronic Stress Management Packages

  • Single Session

    Not sure you want coaching long term? This is a one time 60 minute coaching call to explore the focus of your choice regarding your chronic stress needs.

  • Cortisol Reduction Program

    We will work together to develop your ideal health vision while integrating behaviors to lower your hormone (cortisol) levels.

    Coaching is offered at bi-weekly calls for three months (6 sessions) with one initial 75 minute session and sequential 30 minute sessions. Weekly calls (12 sessions) are also offered. Email support is available Monday through Friday with a 24 hour response guarantee.

  • Gratitude Revamp Program

    We will work together to develop your ideal health vision, with gratitude at the center, while integrating science-backed behaviors to improve your emotional and mental well-being.

    Coaching is offered at a minimum of bi-weekly calls for three months (6 sessions) with one initial 75 minute session and sequential 30 minute sessions. Weekly calls (12 sessions) are also offered. Email support is available Monday through Friday with a 24 hour response guarantee.

  • Custom Stress Reduction Program

    Create your very own program. We will work together to develop your ideal health vision while exploring the sources of your stress and strategies to reduce them. Together, we will develop a customized plan to meet your needs.
