On top of all of our daily responsibilities, managing our stress levels, weight, and overall health can feel like the most cumbersome.
Since battling my own health struggles and making meaningful lifestyle changes, I’ve grown passionate about helping others manage their stress levels, prediabetes or type II diabetes, and improve their self-efficacy to feel more confident and take back control of their health.
Your health journey should not be a burden, but an exciting opportunity. That’s where I come in. I’m your partner in this journey. We’ll be looking at your life as a whole, setting achievable action steps, establishing accountability, and celebrating milestones as you grow towards your best self.
How I Can Help
I launched my health coaching practice with the aim of helping people achieve their best health so they can live the life they want.
I understand that for many people, they need a safe and confidential space to discuss their health, determine the steps to take that lead to a greater lasting change, and an accountability parter supporting them along the way.
I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Duke University Certified Integrative Health Coach, Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle coach, and AAFA Certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in meditation and breath work. Combining this experience with my Master’s degree in Education, I have grown my practice to work with individuals seeking support in stress management and diabetes prevention and care. My clients come to me with medical recommendations from their doctors or personal health goals.
